Hellenic FC have announced their separation with experienced defender Thami Sangweni and wished him the best of luck in his future endeavours.
“Dlangezwa Hellenic Football Club confirms that it has reached a mutual agreement to part ways with our player, Thami Sangweni.
“The Club extends its sincere gratitude to Sangweni for his contribution to the team during his time with us. We wish him the very best in his future endeavours,” read the statement made by the football club.
The 36-year-old former Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder was relieved of his association ABC Motsepe League KZN side Dlangezwa Hellenic FC, after just two weeks signing with the club.
The legend was unveiled by the amateur side two weeks ago, and was shortly released after mutual agreement with the club clarifying its position, wishing him well on his future endeavours.
